简介：
测绘遥感信息工程国家重点实验室（武汉大学）于1989年成立，是我国测绘学科第一个国家级重点实验室。2004年，在国家科技部等部委召开的国家重点实验室建设20周年总结表彰大会上，实验室被授予先进集体称号，获“金牛奖”；在国家科技部组织的每五年一次评估中，2000年、2005年、2010年、2015年连续四次被评为“优秀”国家重点实验室。
实验室主任为海外高层次人才陈锐志教授。实验室学术委员会主任为李德仁院士。研究领域覆盖航空航天摄影测量、遥感信息处理、空间信息系统与服务、3S集成与网络通信、导航定位与位置服务等。实验室现有中国科学院与工程院院士3人，并有海外高层次人才、国家杰青、长江学者等30余人，拥有1个国家自然科学基金创新群体和1个教育部创新团队。实验室牵头9项国家十三五重点研发计划项目，近3年年均科研经费1.6亿元。近5年实验室共获得国家级科技奖励13项，其中国家科技进步奖一等奖2项，省部级一等奖以上奖励34项，2013年，实验室荣获国家科学技术进步奖国际合作奖，2014年，实验室获得国家科学技术进步奖创新团队奖。
实验室致力于应用基础研究和成果转化，形成了“基础研究——技术创新——成果转化”的完整创新体系。一直以来，实验室密切追踪和引领学术前沿，致力于满足国家重大需求，努力加强创新团队建设，积极推进地球空间信息协同创新，科学研究取得重要进展，人才培养取得优异成绩，科技成果转化和应用取得更大成效，得到国内外同行的高度认可，实验室业已成为中国乃至全球测绘遥感地理信息领域最具影响的科学研究、人才培养、学术交流和成果转化基地之一。
2012年，由于在测绘遥感领域的卓越贡献，武汉大学获得由国际地球空间信息科学大会颁发的地球空间信息基础研究与能力提升World Leadership奖。实验室成果有力支撑了武汉大学遥感学科2017、2018、2019年持续排名全球第一，以及武汉大学地球科学、社会学、计算机科学等10个学科排名进入基本科学指标数据库（ESI）全球前1%。
Brief Introduction:
The State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing (Wuhan University), established in 1989, is the first national key laboratory of surveying and mapping in China. In 2004, the laboratory was awarded the title of Advanced Collective and the "Golden Bull Award" at the summing up and commendation conference for the 20th anniversary of the construction of the state key laboratory held by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In the evaluation conducted every five years by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, it was rated as "Excellent" State Key Laboratory for four consecutive years in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015.
The director of the laboratory is Professor Ruizhi Chen, a high-level overseas talent. The Director of the Laboratory Academic Committee is Academician Li Deren. Research fields include aerospace photogrammetry, remote sensing information processing, spatial information systems and services, 3S integration and network communication, navigation and location services, etc. At present, the laboratory has 3 academicians from Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, more than 30 overseas high-level talents, National Outstanding Youth Scholars, Changjiang Scholars, etc., and has 1 National Natural Science Foundation Innovation Group and 1 Ministry of Education Innovation Team. The laboratory has led nine national key research and development programs in the 13th Five-Year Plan period, with an average annual research funding of 160 million yuan in the past three years. In the past five years, the laboratory has won 13 national science and technology awards, including 2 first prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and 34 first prizes or above at provincial and ministerial level. In 2013, the laboratory won the National Science and Technology Progress Award for International Cooperation, and in 2014, the laboratory won the National Science and Technology Progress Award for Innovation Team Award.
The laboratory is committed to applied basic research and achievement transformation, and has formed a complete innovation system of "basic research-technological innovation-achievement transformation". Has long been closely tracking laboratory and lead the academic front, is committed to meet the demand of national major, efforts to strengthen the construction of innovation team, actively promote the earth space information synergy innovation, scientific research important progress, obtained the excellent result of talents cultivation, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and application to make greater achievements, recognised by the height of the domestic and foreign counterparts, The laboratory has become one of the most influential bases for scientific research, talent training, academic exchange and achievement transformation in the field of geographic information of surveying, mapping and remote sensing in China and even in the world.
In 2012, Wuhan University was awarded the World Leadership Award for Basic Research and Capacity Improvement of Geospatial Information by the International Geospatial Information Science Conference for its outstanding contributions in the field of surveying, mapping and remote sensing. The laboratory achievements have strongly supported the continuous ranking of Wuhan University's Remote Sensing discipline in the world in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and 10 disciplines of Wuhan University, including Earth Sciences, Sociology and Computer Science, have been ranked in the top 1% of Basic Science Indicators Database (ESI) in the world.
