新西伯利亚国立建筑大学坐落于俄罗斯新西伯利亚市，该校成立于1930年，至今已有半个多世纪的历史。新西伯利亚国立建筑大学是俄罗斯著名的建筑设计类高等院校，经俄罗斯教育部评定，该校具有招收和培养本科生和硕士研究生的教育资质。

新西伯利亚国立建筑大学现开设有包括工业与民用建筑学专业、城市建设和管理学专业、房地产管理学专业、建筑设计学专业。信息系统和技术学专业、修复和重建建筑遗产学专业、热能及通风学专业、水和污水处理学专业、综合利用和保护水资源专业、机械化和自动化的建设学专业、生产建筑材料，产品和结构学专业、经济与管理（建筑）学专业、标准化和认证学专业、工业与民用建筑学专业以及供水和排水学专业等在内的近50余门学科。

Brief Introduction:

Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Sibstrin) was founded in 1930 as Siberian Institute of Construction (Sibstrin). Being the first  higher educational establishment  in the field of construction and architecture in Novosibirsk, it has been considered for many years to be the only one in that field in the entire region of Siberia, Far East and Central Asia of the former Soviet Union. In 1935 the Institute was transformed into Novosibirsk Institute of Civil Engineering named after V.V.Kuibyshev. In July 1993 the Institute changed its name to Novosibirsk State Academy of Construction. In June 1997 the Academy got the status of the University. Since 2003 the full name of the University has been Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering .
