On the morning of 5 May, five delegates from Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNRPU), including Director Turbakov Mikhail of the Kogalym Branch of PNRPU, visited BUCEA’s Daxing Campus. The two sides held a cooperative meeting in the Siheyuan Meeting Room, conducted extensive discussions and reached preliminary consensus on cooperation in areas such as joint talent training, research exchanges and cooperation. The meeting was chaired by CHEN Tao, Deputy Dean of the International Development Research Institute (School of International Education).

CHEN Tao, Vice Dean of the International Development Research Institute (School of International Education), provided a detailed introduction to the overall situation of BUCEA, its international education cooperation projects, international talent cultivation, and efforts to promote the Belt and Road Initiative.

Director Turbakov Mikhail expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from BUCEA, and introduced PNRPU’s characteristics, programs, and talent cultivation. He expressed his willingness to establish a cooperation mechanism for mutual benefit based on the disciplinary advantages of both sides. The delegation also visited the library, the large-scale multi-functional shaking table matrix laboratory, and the road materials laboratory at the Daxing Campus. The members of the delegation also include Professor Poplygin Vladimir, Dean of Foreign Students Faculty; Prof. Kunitskikh Artem, Deputy Dean of the Oil and Gas Faculty; Associate Professor Kozhevnikov Evgenii, and Lecturer Riabokon Evgenii.
