赛福林农业技术大学（以下简称KATU）是哈萨克斯坦中部及北部最早建立的农业类高等院校之一，始建于1957年，前身是阿克莫拉农学院。
赛福林农业技术大学虽冠以“农业技术”之名，但学科设置并不局限于此，该校本质上是多学科综合类学校，除农业与技术学科外，其学科领域还涉及教育、艺术、服务、社会福利和商业。
赛福林农业技术大学是《大学大宪章》的正式成员，该宪章为形成单一的欧洲教育空间奠定了基础。
半个多世纪以来，赛福林农业技术大学为哈萨克斯坦农工综合体的各个领域栽培了8万多名高素质专家，他们秉持无私工作的精神，将一如既往地为国家的经济发展作出重大贡献。
今天，赛福林农业技术大学在许多方面的领先地位并不仅局限于首都地区。独立机构（II）——“独立认证和评级机构”的哈萨克斯坦共和国大学综合排名结果显示，该校在全国大学中名列前三。同时，其121个教育项目（EP）中有56个获奖。此外，哈萨克斯坦全国企业家商会的大学教育项目评级结果显示，该校的13个教育项目（EP）也有获奖。
2022年QS世界大学排名显示，在哈萨克斯坦共和国14所大学中，赛福林农业技术大学进入世界大学排名的前1001位；在东欧和中亚地区大学排名（EECA 2022）中进入前250位。
哈萨克斯坦共和国共计超过85所大学和2000多个教育项目参加了此次排名。
此外，2022年9月，赛福林农业技术大学、德国魏恩施蒂芬-特里斯多夫应用科学大学及他国院校共同设置了“农业管理”硕士课程，成功获得国际认证机构——“德国认证、证明和质量保障机构”（ACQUIN）为期五年的再次认证，这也证实了该校在教育服务质量上的系统性提升。
赛福林农业技术大学下设9个学院，37个系，涵盖37个学科门类。本科生、硕士生、博士生逾1.1万人。
Brief Introduction:
S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University (KATU -hereinafter) is one of the first agricultural universities in Central and Northern Kazakhstan, founded in 1957 as Akmola Agricultural Institute.
The university, although it bears the name of agrotechnical, is not narrowly focused, but multidisciplinary in nature, in addition to agricultural and technical, it develops specialties covering the areas of education, art, services, social benefits and business.
KATU is a full member of the Great Charter of Universities, which is the basis for the formation of a single European educational space.
For more than half a century, more than 80 thousand highly qualified specialists have been trained for various sectors of the country's agro-industrial complex, who, with their selfless work, have made and continue to make a worthy contribution to the development of the country's economy.
Today, the university is a leader in many respects not only in the capital, it is among the top three universities in the country according to the results of the General Ranking of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted by the Independent Institution (II) “Independent Accreditation and Rating Agency”. At the same time, out of 121 Educational Programs (EP)-56 won prizes. In addition, according to the results of the rating of educational programs of universities, conducted by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken”, 13 Educational Programs (EP) also won prizes.
Ranked by QS World university Rankings 2022, our university entered the top +1001 world university rankings among 14 universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and +250 rankings of universities in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA 2022).
In total, more than 85 universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and more than 2000 educational programs participated in the ranking.
In addition, in September 2022, our master's program "Agrarian Management", implemented jointly with the University of Weihenstephan-Triesdorf (Germany) and partners from near and far abroad countries, successfully re-accredited by the international accreditation agency ACQUIN for the next five years, which confirms the systematic improving the quality of educational services.
KATU currently has 37 departments. At 9 faculties there are more than 11 thousand students in three levels of education in 37 specialties.
