The creation of new knowledge is one of the key factors for the successful socio-economic development of any state. In this regard, the transition to a “knowledge economy” is becoming important for many countries. At KATRU, much attention is paid to close connections between universities around the world.
Yesterday, October 26, 2023, KATRU delegation headed by the first Vice-Rector professor Aitjan Abdyrov arrived at the University of Agriculture in Krakow, Poland on the implementation of a scientific project for grant funding.
In the morning the Rector of the university, Dr. Sylwester Tabor has met the delegation to discuss the issues of academic mobility of KATRU students, scientific internships for master's and doctoral students on food processing and issuing diplomas from two universities.
Accompanied by Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Andrzej Sechman and Manager of the International Relations Department Dominika Dankiewicz, they got acquainted with the research laboratories, as well as with the educational process of the Faculty of Food Technology, headed by the head of the department, Jacek Domagała. Today the delegation’s visit will continue; it is planned to visit a veterinary clinic and an e-Learning center.
