A Chinese delegation visited the Institute of Engineering on 31 May.
The delegation, comprising COO of Boya Academy Qu Hong and CEO Xiong Lingwei, was welcomed by Director of the Institute of Engineering Nail Kashapov and his colleagues.
The guests toured the facilities and met with Chinese students, of which there are currently eight at the Institute.
Director Kashapov noted the importance of engineering education for Russia, “It’s pertinent to train engineering staff capable of working both in Russia and in China. There is much work ongoing in engineering in this regard.”
The Chinese guests were interested in many aspects of the Institute’s life, including lab capacities, student startups, patenting, and more. The sides agreed to develop joint programs.
